Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in some of Montana’s most iconic destinations, including as a ski instructor at Big Sky Resort and a wrangler in West Yellowstone. Those roles deepened my appreciation for the hospitality that draws people to this region and the meaningful experiences they take home with them.

Later, I worked for a property management company in Billings that focused on long-term rentals, where I developed a strong foundation in operations, systems, and owner communication. But I knew I wanted to create something more personal — something more rooted in experience — that combined that operational knowledge with my love of travel, hosting, and the unique charm of Montana life.

Last Best Place is the result of all those chapters — a short-term rental management company designed for homeowners who care about both performance and guest experience. I started this business to bring a fresh, highly personalized approach to vacation rental management, grounded in trust, local insight, and Montana hospitality.
